Description: This course will give students background knowledge and first-hand experience in aerobic conditioning and weight lifting. Students will cover the basics of using heart rate to guide aerobic conditioning and assist in designing an individualized weight training program. Troy Hill is the men's and women's basketball coach at Hampshire College. This course runs January 3 through 17, 2013. UMass, Amherst, Mt. Holyoke students/community: $150.00
